at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1259 Upper Serangoon Road, Singapore 534795, Room AW4 . Map as shown: (Nativity Map.pdf)

on 13th November 2023 at 10.30 am

The meeting will transact the following business:

1.    Welcome and President’s message

2.    Confirmation of Minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 24th Oct 2022 at Church of Nativity at 4.30pm.

3.    Review of Annual Report of the Executive Committee for FY 2022/2023

4.    Review of Audited Financial Year’s accounts for FY 2022/2023

5.    Adoption of Audited Financial Year’s accounts for FY 2022/2023

6.    Appointment of two Honorary Auditors [Clause 7.10.2 of the Constitution] for FY2023/2024

7.    Approval of the proposed Budget [Clause 7.10.3 of the Constitution] for the next Financial Year i.e. from 1st October 2023 – 30th September 2024.

8.    To transact any other business of which at least 12 days’ notice in writing shall be given to the Secretary. This must be received by 1st November 2023.
